In recent days, the state witnessed a severe outbreak of diarrhea and cholera, spreading across multiple districts. To control the rising number of cases, especially in Jajpur district, the district administration had ordered the closure of all hotels, restaurants, and street food stalls.

With the situation now under control, all these establishments have been allowed to reopen from today. Permission has been granted under strict guidelines issued by the Food Safety Department. Anyone violating these guidelines will face strict action.

Instructions have been given to maintain hygiene and prepare food using clean drinking water. Due to the nearly two-week closure, local residents and travelers faced difficulties finding food. Now, food will be prepared with focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
