No changes in India’s squad for Delhi Test, Nitish Reddy to get another chance

The second and final Test match of the series between India and the West Indies will begin on Friday at Delhi’s Arun Jaitley Stadium. Having won the first Test, India leads the series 1–0 and will look to clinch the series by winning the Delhi Test.

The Indian team management has confirmed the final playing XI for the match. The same lineup that played in Ahmedabad will take the field in Delhi as well.

Indian team’s assistant coach Ryan ten Doeschate said, “We are not planning any changes for this Test. Bowling all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy will get another opportunity as his performances on overseas pitches have been impressive. Our goal is to prepare a fast-bowling all-rounder for India, which will be crucial for tours abroad.”

Yashasvi Jaiswal, K.L. Rahul, Sai Sudharsan, Shubman Gill (captain), Dhruv Jurel (wicketkeeper), Ravindra Jadeja, Washington Sundar, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Kuldeep Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah, and Mohammed Siraj.
