10-member new committee formed for Shree Mandir management

A new 10-member committee has been formed for the management of the Shree Mandir, for which a notification has been issued by the Law Department. The committee includes Mukti Mandap representative Siddheshwar Mohapatra; Sevak representatives Krushnachandra Samantaray, Madhusudan Singhari, and Jagannath Pujapanda; along with Ganesh Das Mohapatra and Ramnarayan Gochhayat. Math representative Raghubir Das Maharaj, former CAG Girish Chandra Murmu, Chartered Accountant A.K. Sabat, and Mahesh Kumar Sahu have also been appointed as members. This management committee will oversee the arrangements for queue darshan, abhada, and entry through lanch, while also preparing a framework to ensure that devotees can have a smooth and convenient darshan of Mahaprabhu. The decisions taken in the upcoming Chhatisha Nijog meeting will bear the approval of this committee, and after the government’s nod, the temple hundi will be shifted to the right side of the treasury, placed on the return path of devotees after darshan. Thus, the responsibility of ensuring a systematic queue darshan arrangement now rests with the newly formed committee.
