South Indian film Mahavatar Narsimha is creating magic at the box office. Even after being released for almost a month, the film is still earning more than ₹1 crore daily. According to Sacnilk reports, in 27 days the film has collected ₹217.01 crore in India alone. The total (gross) collection has crossed ₹255.50 crore. On the 27th day itself, it earned ₹1.75 crore.
On the global front, the film had made ₹279 crore in 26 days. Adding the 27th-day Indian collection, the total has reached ₹280.75 crore. The overseas contribution of ₹23 crore is also considered significant. The most striking part is that with a budget of just ₹4 crore, the film has earned 70 times its cost in 27 days.
Mahavatar Narsimha has already proved itself as a blockbuster. Now the question is — will it be able to cross ₹300 crore? With War-2 and Coolie losing momentum, the box office scenario is favorable for Mahavatar Narsimha. Next week only Param Sundari is releasing, and with no other big film in competition, earning another ₹20 crore doesn’t seem impossible.
