September 12 will see the simultaneous release of several films across different genres and languages, from Hindi cinema to South Indian films. Audiences will have plenty of options this Friday, with releases like “Ek Chatur Naar,” “Love in Vietnam,” “Heer Express,” “Jagnuma,” “Mirai” and “Mannu Kya Karega?”
The dark comedy-drama “Ek Chatur Naar”, starring Divya Khosla, marks Neil Nitin Mukesh’s big-screen comeback after a long time. Directed by Umesh Shukla, the film is said to be a remake of the Bengali movie “Bachchan” (2014).
The romantic drama “Love in Vietnam” stars Avneet Kaur, Shantanu Maheshwari, and Kha Ngan in lead roles. Directed by Rahat Shah Kazmi, the film is based on the novel “Madonna in a Fur Coat.”
Another Umesh Shukla film, “Heer Express”, features Divya Juneja and Preet Kamani in lead roles, alongside Ashutosh Rana, Sanjay Mishra, and Gulshan Grover.
Manoj Bajpayee’s “Jagnuma”, directed by Ram Reddy, is another anticipated release. The film also stars Deepak Dobriyal, Priyanka Bose, Hiral Sidhu, Avan Pukot, and Tillotama Shome.
From the South, “Mirai” brings together Teja Sajja, Manchu Manoj Kumar, Shriya Saran, Jagapathi Babu, and Jayaram Subramanyam under the direction of Karthik Ghattamneni.
On the same day, Sanjay Tripathi’s romantic-comedy “Mannu Kya Karega?” will hit the screens, featuring Vyom Yadav, Rajesh Kumar, Vinay Pathak, Sacchi Bindra, and Kumud Mishra in pivotal roles.
