Padmapur, November 1: The fifth monthly cluster-level meeting was successfully organized on Saturday at the Indrakshi Government Upper Primary School. The meeting focused on several important academic and administrative topics, including *Shikshana Sopan*, teaching-learning materials, the monthly academic calendar, *Padhiba Gadhiba Odisha* (Read and Grow Odisha) initiative, *Nipun Vidyalaya* mission, and the preparation and execution of multi-grade lesson plans. Discussions also emphasized ensuring regular attendance of teachers and students through online monitoring systems.
All participating schools under the cluster expressed their commitment to effectively implement the discussed action points in their respective institutions.
The meeting was presided over by Padmapur CRC Coordinator, Smt. Jyotsna Dakua. The event witnessed the presence of Shri Debendra Behera, Block Education Officer, Rangeilunda, and Smt. Niharika Samantaray, Senior Teacher-Trainer from the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET). Both guests encouraged the teachers to take proactive measures to ensure successful execution of the discussed educational programmes at the school level.
On this occasion, the Hon’ble BEO inspected the school premises, interacted with the teachers regarding infrastructural and academic arrangements, and shared his valuable feedback for further improvement. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks, marking a productive and inspiring session aimed at strengthening the educational framework at the grassroots level.
