In a spirited observance of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day), the Badachana Police organized a special program at Holy Jesus School, Dhanamandal, to mark the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Iron Man of India. The event aimed to foster unity, integrity, and national security awareness among students and the local community.
The celebration commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and a floral tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Officers from the Badachana Police Station addressed the gathering, emphasizing the significance of unity in maintaining peace and harmony in society.
Inspector-in-Charge (IIC) of Badachana Police, along with other officers, interacted with students and staff, highlighting the role of the police in safeguarding citizens and promoting community partnership for a safer nation. The IIC urged students to follow the ideals of Sardar Patel and contribute positively to nation-building.
A unity pledge (Ekta Shapath) was administered to all participants, reaffirming their commitment to uphold the nation’s unity and integrity. The students of Holy Jesus School showcased their patriotism through cultural performances, including songs and speeches on national integration.
School authorities expressed their gratitude to the police officials for conducting such an inspirational event that encouraged students to understand the value of harmony and discipline.
