The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) has planned to introduce a completely paperless examination form filling system from the academic year 2025-26. Earlier, even if the forms were filled online, their printouts had to be sent to the council through the college. In the new system, this process will be completely eliminated and everything from form filling to data submission, photo upload, fee payment, will be done through the council's portal. About 3.5 lakh students will directly benefit from this digital system. According to the council secretary, this step will strengthen e-governance and reduce time, paper and administrative costs. Colleges will only have to verify the details of the students, there will be no need to send the forms through post or courier.
