India's strong response to Pakistan Army Chief Asim Munir's nuclear threat

Pakistan Army Chief Field Marshal Asim Munir has issued a nuclear threat to India from the US, saying that if Pakistan is faced with an "existential crisis", they will "destroy half the world". He further said that if India builds a dam on the Indus River, Pakistan will blow up the dam with 10 missiles. India strongly refuted this statement, with the Ministry of External Affairs saying that it is part of Pakistan's usual "nuclear blackmail" and Pakistan has been identified as an irresponsible nuclear state. India has made it clear that they will not be swayed by such threats and will take all necessary steps for national security. Pakistan, however, said that India is presenting its statement without context and distorting the facts.
