All preparations for the world-famous Rath Yatra of Mahaprabhu are in the final stage

To ensure an incident-free Rath Yatra this year, extensive security arrangements have been made. Today, the Shree Mandir Administration released the detailed ritual schedule.

The rituals will begin at 6:00 AM with Mangala Alati, followed by Mailama at 6:10 AM, Tadapa Lagi and Roshahoma at 6:30 AM, Avakash, Surya Puja at 7:00 AM, Dwarapal Puja and Vesha Shesha at 7:10 and 7:30 AM respectively.

From 8:00 to 9:00 AM, Gopal Ballav, Khichudi Bhog, and Ratha Pratistha will take place. Mangalarpana at 9:15 AM, and Pahandi starts at 9:30 AM, ending by 12:30 PM.

From 12:30 to 1:00 PM, Bije Niti of Shree Madan Mohan, Shree Ram, and Shree Krishna will be performed. Chita Lagi and Vesha Shesha from 1:30 to 2:00 PM.

Chhera Pahanra, Charamala Fitā, horse and charioteer preparations from 2:30 to 3:30 PM.

The pulling of the chariots will begin at 4:00 PM.

In view of the expected heavy crowd, 275 EO cameras will be deployed. Odisha Police is on high alert.

36 parking zones have been identified. Quick Reaction Teams (QRTs) and Anti-Terrorist Squads (ATS) will be deployed.

Security will also be ensured via sea and air surveillance, with deployment of around 10,000 security personnel.

Temporary employees will receive ₹2.5 lakhs upon leaving the job, and gratuity will increase by 10% every two years
