From the 2025-26 academic session, these new unit-based questions will be included in the annual examinations, and in the 2026 board examinations, questions from both units will definitely be asked. The Environmental Education unit will cover topics like nature conservation, pollution, climate change, and sustainable development, whereas the Value Education unit will focus on moral values such as truth, non-violence, tolerance, and patriotism through literature.
