Rajasthan’s Monika Vishwakarma Crowned Miss Universe India 2025

Rajasthan’s 23-year-old beauty Monika Vishwakarma has won the Miss Universe India 2025 title, defeating 48 finalists from across the country. The grand event was held in Jaipur on August 18, where Monika was crowned by former winner Riya Singha. Tanya Sharma from Uttar Pradesh was the first runner-up, Mehak Dhingra from Haryana was the second runner-up, and Amishi Kaushik was declared the third runner-up. The jury panel included Miss Universe India owner Nikhil Anand, Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela, renowned stylist Asle Robelo, and filmmaker-writer Farhad Samji.

Born in Sri Ganganagar, Monika currently resides in Delhi and is in her final year of Political Science and Economics at Delhi University. She made her pageant debut in 2024 by winning the Miss Universe Rajasthan title. Monika is also a trained classical dancer and an artist. She worked rigorously on catwalk, fitness, fashion, and communication skills, which helped her stand out among the contestants.

On November 21, 2025, in Thailand, Monika Vishwakarma will represent India at the Miss Universe 2025 international pageant. Her achievement is not only a beauty pageant victory but also a shining example of hard work, dreams, and determination, serving as an inspiration to society.
